Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing products from Ilume Medi-Spa, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments through Ovatu.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

  • Payments are processed through Square using approved payment methods posted in-spa or online.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Medical Disclosure & Consent

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, skin conditions, and recent treatments.

  • All laser treatments require a consultation and patch test, which are provided complimentary, regardless of prior laser experience.

  • Laser consultations and patch tests are mandatory due to differences in technology, safety protocols, and insurance requirements.

  • Written consent may be required prior to treatment.

  • Ilume Medi-Spa reserves the right to refuse, delay, or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or contraindicated.

5. Results & Liability

  • Individual results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

  • Ilume Medi-Spa is not responsible for adverse results due to undisclosed conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or external factors.

6. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Conduct
We maintain a professional, respectful environment.

Inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of Ilume Medi-Spa and may not be used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province in which Ilume Medi-Spa operates, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
